Instructions for ICDS-24 Registration Payment by Credit Card
After completing and sending your PreRegistration Document, registration payment by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express)
must be made via the secure Sandia WebPay web-site at
https://cfwebprod.sandia.gov/cfdocs/ccpwa/.
On that web-site, please select "ICDS24" from near the bottom of the pull-down menu in the "Event Name" box and ensure that you
fully implement the payment instructions for this Conference.
Pop-Up Blockers:
Sandia WebPay will not accept payment if pop-up blockers are enabled in your internet browser.
To turn off pop-up blockers in Internet Explorer 7, use Tools --> Pop-up Blocker --> Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.
For other browsers, please use the appropriate procedure as stated in its "Help" list.
Comments Field:
Please use the "Comments Field" to help us match your PreRegistration to your payment.
- The registration fee must be entered and a comment added if it is different from one regular participant fee.
- Insert registrant's phone number and email address.
- If you are paying for someone else, please insert his or her name and contact information.
- Insert specific information regarding what you are paying for (ie, standard participant, accompanying person, additional
banquet guest ticket etc).
Receipts:
- You will receive an immediate confirmation receipt as soon as your credit card is processed.
- You must print the receipt before closing the confirmation-receipt screen. If a confirmation receipt is not displayed, the fee will
not be charged.
- A pop-up screen will instruct you to close it. The screen should not be closed until the credit card processes.
